Ticket/ Gift Certificate - OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited. Employees of the Sponsor or its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or agents, and the immediate family of each such employee (immediate family defined as parent, spouse, child, sibling, grandparent) and all those with whom such employee is domiciled, are NOT eligible to enter sweepstakes.    
3. Timing: Sweepstakes begins 1/1/09 and ends on 12/31/09. Late entries are not eligible.
4. How to Enter: Visit the park websites (www.boomersparks.com, www.ragingwaters.com, www.emeraldpointe.com, www.watercountry.com, www.bigkahunas.com, www.castlepark.com, www.silversprings.com, www.speedzone.com, www.mountasia.com, www.mountaincreekwaterpark.com, www.malibugrandprix.com, www.splishsplashlongisland.com,and www.wildwaterspark.com). Complete an official entry form and submit as directed. Limit one entry per person.  If you’re not selected as a winner, your entry will roll over into the next month’s drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, and assumes no responsibility for any error or omission.
5. Random Drawing: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. All drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters related to this sweepstakes shall be final and binding. The drawing will take place on or about 1/31/09. 2/28/09, 3/31/09, 4/30/09, 5/31/09, 6/30/09, 7/31/09, 8/31/09, 9/30/09, 10/31/09, 11/30/09, 12/31/09. All eligible entries from above-mentioned locations will be included in each drawing. To be eligible for the drawing, eligible entries must be received at the designated location by end date. If for any reason the Sponsor is unable to perform a drawing when scheduled, the Sponsor will alter the drawing dates so that all prizes are awarded. Entrants/winners agree to be bound by and comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Potential winners of each prize will be notified by mail within 3 weeks of each drawing. All prizes will be awarded. 
6. Prize: One winner will be awarded two tickets or two gift certificates (depending on the park you choose) per month.  Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $50-75 depending on the park location. Total ARV for all 7 prizes to be awarded is between $350-525. All prizes will be awarded. Limit one prize per person. No transfer or substitution of a prize except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
7. Winner Verification: Prior to prize award, potential winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release (and any other document required by sponsor), within ten (10) days of postmark. Failure by potential winner/guest to execute and return any requested document within above-mentioned deadline, or the return of any notification or prize as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of prize. In the event of prize forfeiture, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.
8. Releases: By accepting a prize, a winner agrees that the Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsor’s authority, may photograph winner, and may use winner's name, city and state of residence, prize won, picture/portrait likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. All entrants (BY ENTERING), AND ALL WINNERS (BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE) AGREE THAT THE SPONSOR, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANT/WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY AWARDED PRIZE, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. In addition, all entrants (by entering) agree that all entries submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned, and that the Sponsor may collect all information on entries and transfer such information to third parties. 
9. Miscellaneous: All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. All taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winners. 
10. Winners List: To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, after 12/31/08 to: Online Ticket/Gift Certificate, Winners’ List, 4590 MacArthur Blvd. Ste 400, Newport Beach, CA 92660. Winners’ list only available until 01/31/10.
